I am interested in learning more about conversions through research and the book report. I am interested in this topic because it allows me to bring together the Jewish perspective and my Catholic upbringing. I am interested in learning about this because I want to learn more about what motivates people to convert and what is like to assimilate into a new religion and traditions whether it be for marriage or just personal choice . I am also interested in seeing if there is significant differences in the experiences of females who convert versus males that convert.
